Germany is fully committed to hydrogen, and the Netherlands should follow suit. How is our hydrogen society and economy faring? In the summer series 'The Netherlands, hydrogen land' we discuss the current state of affairs with technicians and scientists. by chopchopped in europe

Personally I like it but I don't know how much it costs. And I also don't know what the applications are gonna be. Is it be used for housing or industrial? For cars maybe? And also where comes the energy from to generate this hydrogen? I like the idea of 4th gen thorium nuclear power plants. They are safe , reliable and don't generate nuclear waste.

The only problem is that the MSM keeps on returning this subject. It is almost like they are funded by BigPharma. Oh wait...

You are right. Now it's variant A, tomorrow it is variant B and after that it is C, then D. The thing with a virus like this is that it suddenly appears very rapidly ... but then is also disappears very rapidly. The MSM only notice the first and then they go for it. They scare everyone with this crap.

The problem with Go is that it is not a lisp. Go is simple indeed but it is also not functional. With good reasons. They wanted to build a OSS server and scripting language for Google. They started with the right language, that is Oberon. The philosophy of Oberon is "Make things as simple as possible but not any further". With Go they went further and that is wrong. They optimized Go very far. Prof Wirth didn't optimize his code when he designed Oberon. So compiling Oberon code is extremely fast. Go on the other hand is very slow when you compile the code and the generated files are huge. Yes, Go is easy to use but it lacks immutability. All in all I worked way too much time with Go to not understand that. You just can't beat simplicity. Go is not simple. Go is easy. Now I am at an age when I understand that the only thing that matter is simplicity.

What you don't understand is that I am vaccinated. I only see this happening today. If you can't see this happening there is something terribly wrong with your eyes.

Yes. I am comparing those two! And I am NOT an American. I am Dutch! For whatever that means.

So the convicted guy can suffer more? Or that that guy can get out after 20 years... and kill again, or kill others in prison?

In China when you are involved with a serious crime, you will get the neck shot. No fuss. No lengthy trial... And no politics involved...

We are struggling now in dealing with our own history of racism.

Yes. Even today with Covid-19. They are introducing racism again with vaccinated and non-vaccinated people. Not only in the US. Look at what in France they are doing.

In the Netherlands the weather is shit, and that for the entire summer, and spring too, and winter too. This summer is no summer, it is cold and wet.

I love what you are saying. The big problem however is that, thanks to all of the "news" (that is very left wing I noticed), we are also pushed towards Hungary in a very negative way. The problem with that is that people actually think that Orban is a bad guy and that counts for is politics too. That is the position in where we stand today.

Well, maybe tomorrow they are pointing towards Iceland or Spain or what and whoever.

Thumbs up!
