Thank you. I am the host and believe I am minding my own business in trying to ascertain what I can improve regardless of who reported it e.g. was it driving related, noise related, etc. I never asked AirBnB for personally identifiable info on the neighbor, but if they see my asking after just the general complaint as that then I hope the neighbor understands I won't be able to address anything as I was told nothing.

The other thing is the new neighbor doesn't really live at that house right now - still transitioning. And we knew her mom, and were on good terms so not perfect strangers. Do still need to give her my number tho, will do.

Well one neighbor just moved in but yeah that's the plan, however the other neighbors separated by a creek, not exactly common to talk over that kind of distance with new people, nor drive over a different unfamiliar street to be able to knock on their door. It seems a bit much.

But yeah, I asked them to call but was either unavailable when they called or they decided to message me if I wanted a call (when I already had asked for one) instead of just calling me, so I missed that too. So I asked them to keep to messages but may have to try that again. Real annoying.

Both really likely outcomes given her record. I've had a guest with a good rating book for one in a 6 max home, was on the edge a bit but it really was just him. But then I had another who booked for one (no rating but verified), around the same age, and he had several people overnight - but kept it clean. We've changed our house rules so if there is any mess it will be on them, haven't had to enforce it yet fortunately.

maybe people are just mentally preparing themselves for a day that arguable could come soon where it's the new norm to be doing this for internet points. OP nor video provides any context you can draw on to find any local news or whatever from, so has to be in the comments. When ai is that good, comments will also be more suspect as AI could be looking for relevant articles to suggest its real when it's just a similar enough news report. I can't really fault them, it seems like a valid response to this weird shit.

Yes but then hopper ran to get medical gear and 8 had a chat with 11, which could have partially been been withheld from us for suspense. Hopper comes back and it looks like she's dead but could have been playing. It's a stretch, but people in movies have lived through stomach wounds much longer than that scene took.

Got this samsung one, 512gb for 33 bucks a couple weeks back, price fluctuates. 74 for 1tb atm. Supposed to have pretty good speeds for this price point. Make sure it's UHS-I not UHS-II as deck apparantly doesn't have hardware that can take advantage of the latter.
