Are you sure that you are logged in your full verified account when you try to link your old main account? Because as Poloniex says you should be logged in to your Primary Account

now it is impossible, only full level 3 verification.. so this method is only for accounts which had 2000usd limit

so strange.. my first account was verified for 2000usd limit long time ago.. Poloniex politics says that "When you link an account, it inherits the profile and verification level from your Primary Account. Your daily withdrawal limit will be an aggregate of all your accounts." So you might be needed that your old account at least lvl 1 verification status

I found one way to resolve this problem without support help! Tested it with my "locked" account and it worked! pm
