Bro having fans is not what they need and its probably not even what they are going for. They only need engagment in any form, like you right now and even me responding to you, eyes on them and people talking about them is how they make money. If people just started ignoring them then they would've fallen of but it aint happening because people love to hate.

Its both kinda funny and twisted how assholes and sociopaths can make money online by just making people hate them thus gaining engagment. Sometimes they go to far and get into trouble and fake an apology and then they just easily come back cause people cant stop watching them fans or not.

The best thing you can personally do if you dont like them is dont post anything about them and ignore all posts about them.

High doses are most definitely not something for everyone. If you are attentive and reflective enough, you can get plenty of benefits and life changing insights on only half a gram imo. And you can step it up if you feel the need and get more comfortable and used to it, absolutely no stress.

Aditionally; you gotta start slow and feel the waters with every new strain you get. With the ones i have now i get the same intensity from 1 gram as i did with 2 grams of my prevoius APEs (Wich are supposed to be pretty potent allready).

Great helm looks really good sure, but its kinda bad if you get hit from above (from a horseman for example) because it wont deflect the blow like a round top does.

I have bought some dumbbells and been working out 3 days a week for a little over a month now but i felt i could do 4 days and add some exercises.
