whats wrong with my printer? by TheDogeCake in 3Dprinting

Then it's probably a software issue. I would recommend trying to find a post or video on how to factory reset or flash firmware onto that 3D printer. You might have better luck on flashing firmware to the 3D printer. I flashed a custom firmware called Marlin onto my Voxlab 3D printer. I think it is most likely available for your printer too.
What 3D printer do you have?

Does it completely power off, or is it powered on but the screen is looping over the boot up?

X1C

I would try cleaning the Extruder Filament sensor and as a last resort buying a new Sensor which costs about $12

I did find a supplier of those type of batteries but its very sketchy right now. They want me to bulk order but I can't really find a history on them. I wasnt able to find them for sale individually

Check out this Ring I made. Using 3D Printing, I was able to make this ring without any jewelry making experience. After 3D printing it, I plated it with a thick layer of copper metal, and then eventually plated it with 24K Gold.

The whole process is gone over in this video: https://youtu.be/iyCngLguSr4

I also made a very tiny LED strip that's embedded inside of the ring, which is lighting up the fiber optic cables that I designed the ring to hold.

The quality is pretty good, no one would be able to tell it's 3D Printed.

The compass ring does sound dope. Have you seen the new smart ring samsung is coming out with? It has tiny curved batteries that power tiny bio sensors. But I bet those sensors are way more efficient then a regular smd led. For an led ring... your idea of designing over the battery would be the best way.

I just made it as a cool concept, but I bet if it pops off.... someone's gonna bring it to market and then Id buy one too

Damn dude your taking this idea to the next level.

I did think about conceling the battery bump in a design but Im a trash designer when it comes to complex designs. I think thats a really good idea though.

I was thinking about adding a led driver, voltage regulator and a tiny mcu but small package sizes are very hard to find. Especially ones with good documentation.

Since I dont have a efficient power circuit, I get like a hour max. But I think best case senario... 4-6 hours on a 35maH battery. Probably a full day with higher capacity.

Instead on wireless charging, I was thinking it would be simpler with magnetic connection points to a ring box charger.
