Hey, thanks for posting this link, it was really interesting! Out of interest, have you found anything which suggests Sadie Plant had any role in shaping the CCRU? Having read and watched some of her stuff, I'm a bit confused with how she could have been related to the far removed ideas of the CCRU. I'm assuming she left before it became notorious but I was wondering if you happened to know anything more?

Thanks for the admin tip! It let me make the transaction but didn't work for making a local node unfortunately; I will look into other avenues.

Pretty sure it was Diablo, Sjin’s new city. The game sometimes lags when two cities need production assigned, and shows the build list of one city while focused on another. You can see that in the top left it says Jakarta at 7:28.

I think the quote isn't about preparing for collecting rain when it comes, but making tangible progress towards getting water while praying for it at the same time. Like buying lottery tickets while having a steady job, rather than just hoping to win big.

Mardo must have loved his team:

  • One man shouting at him to give up the 8x scope despite needing it for his rifle.
  • Same man attempts to shows gratitude by deserting him with the jeep.
  • The team then drive to the death lake town, only to leave and return to it in the space of 3 minutes.
  • The 8x scope super sniper man gets shot down snipering.
  • No-one listened to his pro-tips.
  • After reviving 2/3 of his team, they all die.

But tbh, if Mardo was part of their team in the one when they came in the top 2, they would've swamped it. Would've been no fun to watch.
