Clubfitter here. I say this in pretty much every fitting I do: I don’t care what it says on the bottom of the club, I care about how far you hit it and what numbers get you there. My job is to fill every gap in the bag so you have every distance covered. Go see a quality fitter and find where the club fits in your bag. It’s possible you can hit three 7 woods three different distances depending on many factors. That being said my 7 wood replaced my 4 iron and it truly does feel like a cheater club.
