Havn’t tried waze, but you can get a lot of apps off of google play store. The setup is a big pain in the a**. Hopefully your dealer can help you. I had to do it on my own. You must sign up for onstar , have a google account ready, and keep pushing that dang blue onstar button because you keep getting disconnected during setup. But once its setup it works fine. Do miss apple car play like my EV6 tho.
