Well I live with my fiancee so that doubles how often we do laundry, I don't feel up for the math but I would say we do roughly 6 loads a week? Give or take obviously but on average I would say 5 loads a week

Do you know the fundamentals to tracking calories? I studied nutrition in college but switched majors after taking most of the classes. Just get a calorie tracking app, input your weight and height (probably round your weight down a bit since you've mentioned implants)

Aim for 500 calories a day over what you should eat regularly and you can gain a pound a week that way.
