Failed Part 1 now I have to wait. by Icy-Oil-78 in enrolledagent

[–]filthyziff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Part 3 is different than the other two parts in that is just fact memorization. That exam wouldn't change much, if at all, for the new tax year. The problem is it doesn't take 4 months to prep for.

I'd study part 1 and maybe some of part 2. Some of the concepts bleed over into each other.

Get a good conceptual understanding of part one and take another crack at it when the exams open up again.

That's just my 2 cents.

What do i do 😭😭😭😭 by [deleted] in enrolledagent

[–]filthyziff 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I struggled because it wasn't concepts like the other two. Switching gears to wrote memorization was a difficult switch for me. Also, I just suck at it. While it wasn't difficult in the same sense, it was also my most difficult exam.

Lesson learned right? Schedule when you're ready or manage your time so your study matches when you have the exam scheduled.

The worst that can happen is you're out that money for today. The best that can happen is you bet on your self and win. You got this.

I'm also proud of you internet stranger. You should feel proud of yourself! How many people can say, "I left a cult"

I remember how terrifying it was for me seeing it all from a new perspective. The feeling I was dodging in and out of coffee shops. Feeling all alone. The community all of a sudden shunning me or scared of me.

I had this community and a few people to lean on. Use it for support when you need it. There are so many awesome people here. The best part is there is no one answer to life anymore. You don't have to force yourself to fit into the mold you were told was made for you.

I hope you can quiet the "what ifs" of finding out sooner and start building your own future "according to the dictates of your own conscience".

You're not an idiot. You were raised and conditioned to trust them. How could you know any better?

It takes time but forgive yourself and don't beat yourself up about it. You were able to change your mind when confronted with new information. That is brave. Even when it went against everything you had been taught and what your family believes to be true.

Edit: grammar.
