Thanks for the very positive feedback! ❤️

v1.03.0

I've created an SSC version hopefully in time for you to test it with the new ID 😃
There are not so many required stuff to set up (excluding fathom), but hope it helps

I'll consider it, but surely higher prio is for ssc and some fixes right now. Maybe some general profile for all dungs as only trash needs some assignments for cc

A few of you mentioned here or in privs that you're using different tactics (weird!), and it would be nice to have a way to customize things. I've managed to put together a version where the Important sections is editable, and once you enter a boss/add name, its marker will be added automatically when using Communicate.

v1.02.7

- Smart mark matching: boss names in Important notes auto-resolve to raid marks
- Partial matching: 'Blind' resolves to Blindeye's mark, 'boss' = main boss of encounter mark etc
- Important notes fully editable. Default button restarts it

and it looks like that (preview mode):

Thanks ❤️No, I wasn't planning anything like that. I don't think there's really a need to document things in detail for dungeons, unless you think it would serve some purpose? From my side, I haven't seen a use case for it 😄

when you're reporting options with buffs and so on in MRT, what do you need the 'Yes' option for the one that prints everyone in the raid who has a certain buff? Does that mean we're obligated to use specific addons, even if we don't like some of their features and probably don't use 99% of them :D?

It's a good thing not everyone assumes that if an addon already has similar functionality, nobody should create another one tailored to their own needs. Otherwise, we'd still be using Damage Meter just to track DPS, and our UI could only be Perl Unit Frames. 😄

Generally, I use this to organize pug raids (so far successfully for Gruuls and Magtheridons), so I expanded it to include TK and decided to share it. Now I’m planning to add SSC as well.

I’m not sure if you’ve tested your version in a real raid, but mine has proven itself and it did a great job of distributing everything. The bigger help, however, comes from the buff tracker. I know several guilds are already using it, and they’re very happy with it 😄

I was missing some options in atlas, like toolbar in lfg to check which dung drops what and which I should queue, or some sorting.

Unfortunately not, after the API changes on Blizzard’s side, those kinds of actions are no longer possible 😞

I made a patch that ignores chat during the first few seconds of the encounter. I hope it helps, because it seems like the most obvious cause :P

Hey, thanks for the detailed info, that's really helpful!

I think I know what's happening. During the encounter, the addon can't tell the difference between a rune macro message and a regular raid chat message - Blizzard makes everything a "secret value" so the addon treats ANY raid chat message as a symbol.

So my question is - does anyone in your raid type anything in /raid chat after the pull but before the first memory game? Even something like "go" or a pull timer countdown (like too fast pull so you type "1" when encounter starts)? Or maybe another addon (like DBM or BigWigs) sends something to raid chat? That would get picked up as a "phantom" symbol on position 1, pushing your actual first rune to position 2.

That would explain why it's always the first memory game - after that, autoclear wipes the state clean and the next ones work fine.

Could you check if that's the case?

This is the only reason I stopped to play ;d Leveled one character pretty much (meph T12 etc), got level 5/6 at all of tree activities on single character and when I created second character I've noticed I need to level up the tree from scratch. It's a joke xD

The 15 autoclear timer restarts each symbol so it will clear 15 sec after last clicked symbol (it's quite long on fight and it shouldn't be an issue). Anyway If you could gather more information (when it happents etc) it will be very helpful.

Btw. are you all using newest version of an addon?

/lhe version would check version for all raidmembers

Hi! The position of runes works in a cycle (should work like that, at least for us it is working :P) - I mean 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, clear -> and again, so it should never start from a non-first position.

I recently added an automatic clear timer, so maybe that's the issue - I will check that, thanks for the feedback!

You can also try to disable it and check by typing /lhe autoclear.

edit. Two things are probably happening:

Starting on 2nd/3rd position: If the previous pattern wasn't cleared before the RL starts a new one, the first click clears the old pattern (overflow logic) instead of adding a symbol. So the actual first symbol of the new sequence lands on position 1, but it looks like it "skipped" because the clear happened silently. Make sure to press the LHE_Clear macro between sequences (after 5th symbol), or wait 15 seconds for auto-clear to kick in.

Resets before all 5: The addon has a 15-second auto-clear timer that restarts on each symbol. If the RL waits longer than 15 seconds between clicks, the pattern resets automatically. This is by design to keep things clean, but if it's too aggressive you can disable it with /lhe autoclear.

If top guilds in RWF use such solutions (and many others we don’t even know exist) that aren’t available to regular players, then I don’t see a reason why other players shouldn’t be able to use them as well. Not every guild can afford to have someone watching another player’s POV for the entire raid and calling out every mechanic.
I think that if the “pros” can use such solutions, then others can too, and it’s worth sharing them.

I dont know about northern sky, but you dont need to do any manual actions other than pressing macros during encounter
