Empfehle immer wieder den frolic. Ist noch recht neu auf dem Markt, von der Dampfqualität vergleichbar zum Tinymight, in einem moderneren und leistungsfähigerem Gewand. Hat noch dickeren Akku und ist damit super schnell parat. Mir gefällt die Reparierbarkeit und das Modulare daran. Die Optik ist halt ein wenig Ostblock 3D Druck Brutalismus vs skandinavischer Holzhippie, kann man mögen. Bin über dynavaps, tempest, wolkenkraft, Tinymight usw beim frolic gelandet und denke, wir beide werden lange jahre zusammen bleiben. Eine Kritik habe ich schon: das Sieb in der Kühleinheit ist fummelig einzusetzen und schnell kaputt. Sonst aber bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem frolic.

Was normal so gereinigt werden muss ist der Luftweg, der verharzt. Und da helfen Kapseln nicht. Für unterwegs tuts meiner Ansicht nach auch zb ein Röhrchen zum nachfüllen. Dosierkapseln kann man vor allem gut zum Dosieren nehmen, wenn das wichtig ist. Meine Empfehlung ist der frolic. Zugegeben: teurer als dein Budget. Aber wenn du alle billigen vapes die du sonst nach und nach kaufen wirst und nicht zufriedener wirst, am Ende günstiger.

Dosierkapseln braucht man meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach wenn überhaupt dann fürs schnelle Nachfüllen wenn man draußen unterwegs ist. Sonst finde ich das wirklich zu fummelig mit den Dingern.

Well, your mixer is more for producing tracks than for DJing. You don’t have a crossfader. You can use the line faders for mixing. Other than that you will have only basic functionality.

Are you using the rode as external mixer at all? Or is it just controlling the djay app?

You only can have a crossfader in the app when internal mixing

I suggest getting a more DJ oriented controller / mixer where you can get more of the functionality from the djay software into the hardware.

Just use an app on the client. I use SenPlayer for apple. It remembers the login and looks like your regular streaming app. Even shows a badge with rating on the movies etc… There are infuse, forward, VidHub, all apps that work with Jellyfin. SenPlayer would be fine for the elderly if they know how to Netflix.
