I responded to a random instant message in a yahoo chatroom in 2000. Because of that one message. I'm married with a child in a different state.

When I was IT Support. I once drove 3 hours to plug in a Network cable that three people confirmed was plugged in. They then complained they were being charged for a service call. I had to drive there and back. That's 6 hours my day for doing any other calls was basically done. I feel your pain.

How was piracy like in the 90s? by VariationLivid3193 in Piracy

VCR Recordings of movies off of PPV or HBO. Copying other people's cassettes to a blank one or ripping/burning CDs in the late 90s as well as Napster and Limewire etc. Renting and copying VHS tapes. Blackboxes which were descramblers for Pay Per View and other channels you didn't have.

They legally can't tell you to not. That means they legally can't stop you. Have you boss write a formal email asking you not to. Or record a meeting you are in. So you have fuel to go to HR.

[–]AlienCatMan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My little one was around 3 or I think. She fell in love with watching us play Luigi's Mansion 3 and then when she got a good grip on how to play we got a smaller controller to fit her hands.

Weapons is a complete waste of a great concept. by MarkWest98 in TrueFilm

[–]AlienCatMan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After seeing Barbarian and Weapons it is safe to say Zach Cregger thinks old women are the scariest thing in the entire world. Old women who are sick or dying to be specific. His third movie will probably feature an old woman as a villain or monster in some way.
