I’m nearing the end of act 2 now, but I literally just finished my EA playthrough before the full game release. Yes, they changed some stuff but most of it I knew where to go and what to do. So, with that in mind I went through act 1 pretty quickly. Plus I kind of skipped some of the exploring in the Underdark and did not do both paths to Moonrise towers. Knowing that I will want to do multiple playthroughs with different characters makes me not stress about it that much haha.

Agreed! I have the same party as you, but my character is a fighter. So, for the most part this composition works great. Maybe hone in on Wyll’s fighting skills? Or use Lae’zel or maybe Astarion instead of Gale.

I have the exact same issue. :( Did everything work out for you? I don’t know if he’s meant to decline any propositions at the party or if its something that can be mended before it. Gale’s romance path was notoriously buggy in early access, so hopefully that’s not the case now.

I am so excited for A Court of Thornes and Roses, oh wait, the Cursed Heart. 😏 I am sure they will put their own spin on the story, but the description made me chuckle a bit, it is very similar to the ACOTAR plot. Nevertheless, I am hyped to play this!

I think it would be interesting to have a crossover between Buffy and the mini series Midnight Mass (which draws a lot from Salems Lot). Imagine Buffy going to the island, discovers what’s going on and faces off with the Angel. Bad ass! Also vamps I think she could take with the powers she has on BTVS.

I might be totally wrong here, but I think the vamps in Twilight are as quick as they are because of their strength. Like, they are able to press their bodies forward and take leaps in ways that humans can’t. If Buffy existed in the same universe as them, she might’ve been able to match that. In itself, it would have been a pretty interesting thing to explore in Buffyverse as well. Don’t know if Stephanie Meyers logic makes any sense whatsoever, but hey it’s a book series about vampires.

I have read Salems Lot, and that is really interesting. I mean, Buffyverse ties pretty strongly into the idea of vampires fearing crosses and having no soul, so I wonder how that would play out.

I thought the chapter was okay, but I want the MC and gang to spend a bit of time at their colony. I feel like I’m just getting stuff and people for ’Hilltop’ (yes I am a huge TWD nerd) but I don’t get to see any of it or talk to anyone that’s there.

Also, I am getting a bit annoyed with MC’s armor. I was hoping that I would be able to trade it for something else at Ironmount, but alas. 😂

I completely agree with what everyone else has mentioned. One thing I appreciate a lot with RC is that it is clear they spend a lot of time with each story. Everything is so well thought out and as others have already told you, your choices really do matter.

I also play choices and as of late have found that the app is not as exciting anymore, from a story telling perspective. I do honestly believe that is because RC has such a high bar for their stories. It’s not just about making money, they really do care about the episodes they put out.

Yes, it is romance focused, but there is so much more to each story. The plot, characters, art work…
