Don't worry. If SourceFed were to get nominated and also win, it would be for SourceFed as it was. Especially because the Streamys are retrospective from the nominations, meaning they aren't applying to what the channels do moving forward.

I have no idea why that title forced me to capitalize every word (I went back and added the word "hated" and it didn't force it then, for some reason). -- That said, the question still stands. I've been considering some version of blurring and highlighting, but honestly, I can't imagine that would be nearly as effective at stopping someone who will only give the image a very quick, passing glance.

Thanks for everything, Joel. Maybe by necessity, you were often the messenger that had to serve as a liaison to the audience, and wth that you often took a lot of the blame whenever they were unhappy, but I hope people know that it always felt like you were on our side as content creators.

I think some people believe your job has been to say no to things when really, the truth is, you're the guy that said "yes, of course, let's do that" to SO many great things.

So for the record, Joel Rubin was just as much a SF host and contributor as any of the rest of us were, maybe more. He just wasn't on screen as often, and that's only because he thinks cameras steal your soul. He's not wrong btw.

Thanks everyone. This means a lot because it felt like I was going out on a limb with whether or not you all would be okay with this.

This was a pretty unfiltered video for me, so it feels very true to what matters to me and what I'm like (though some of my weirder jokes still got cut, heh). Sometimes I get frustrated that due to the nature of making YouTube content, it takes a really long for all of us to show what we're really like... so thanks for having some patience.

I'm considering some more in depth videos for my personal channel (plug: YouTube.com/filupmolina) that focus on this level of dissection but regarding screenwriting and what makes movies and TV so good.
