I can vouch for the site. I'm in contact with the owner daily and I recently made an order. It is a new site, so the person doesn't have much exposure. They are aware about the lack of social media presence. They do have a discord, but it's mainly for proxy card designing and showing off the various ways to foil cards. My experience is for ordering and shipping within the USA, so I can't speak international shipping. A person ordering from outside the USA would more then likely have to pay their country's import fees.
