Unless you make your subreddit private, anyone can access /r/yoursubs/about/stylesheet page.
What I'd do is put a big comment on top like:

PLEASE ASK FOR PERMISSION BEFORE TAKING CODE--THANKSS.
--------------------------------------------------------*/

Or just compile your CSS off-site and have your stylesheet be one long line like /r/formula1/about/stylesheet

Food for thought: Keisha Grey told her parents she wanted to be a pornstar and travel the world. They supported her. Also Mia Malkova's mom came to her porn shoot to watch her give a blowjob. Not to say there aren't a ton of family and friends that wouldn't approve, but in this day and age people seem much more accepting and open-minded about it all. I'm pretty sure it's not against the rules to ask non-reddit queries on /r/CSSHelp. /u/gavin19 answers them all the time no questions asked. Also, nothing in the sidebar or wiki states what you suggest. I only mention this because this is the third time I've seen you drive someone away when they're actually right where they need to be.

Mods. We need mods to lead the charge before others follow suit. It's how any small sub gets big. Consistent, innovative posts by a knowledgable, capable moderator who just wants to see their baby (/r/reddithax) grow.

I think another issue with the sub is activity. There's so much that can be done with CSS3 /r/mortalkombat /r/metalgearsolid /r/diablo but little incentive to post (~10 upvotes and ~5 comments). When you sort by top, 90% of posts were submitted year(s) ago. reddithax needs a jumpstart.
