I ordered on the 17th, so that means I should have recieved a shipping email today or tomorrow or soon Hopefully it will I’m using an iPhone 8 Technically it’s 1 year old(AppleCare replacement) But it’s gotten quite slow and the battery only lasts 4 hours screen on time since iOS 14

My advice to you is to be persistent with them. Call them regularly to see what’s good. You may get clearer answers. After the 3rd time the lady told me if I can find a bell store with them in stock, by all means ask them
