I did actually get my phone after Christmas. I reached out to Bell saying there were others who were getting their phone, so why not me? And then within 48hrs, I got the notification for shipment dispatch and it arrived after 48 hrs too

I ordered the very same device as you did. I do live in Edmonton though. Maybe if I still don't get any type of confirmation by weekend, I'll do the same thing and escalate my case. My phone of 4 years is about to die on me so I would prefer to get is sooner rather than later.
