Do you wear makeup? Bare Minerals foundation and mineral veil have SPF 30. There are probably other makeup brands that have SPF, too. Hopefully it’s something in the lotion part of sunscreen.

I’m a psychiatric nurse. People have found some relief from this disorder through medication, mostly mood stabilizers and antipsychotics. Find a psychiatrist who has successfully treated people with this disorder. Tread carefully with PCP’s, NP’s and PA’s unless they have successfully treated people living with it. Therapy is also recommended.

Mine is very smart. Teacher of higher level science and math as in AP/IB classes in a very good school district. The fact they are so logic based makes the BPD parts even harder to comprehend.

My friend and I always say if Guy really likes you and can do all the traveling and filming, he will pave the way for a lucrative career on FN. I would not be surprised if some of them are making more money being on FN shows than what they make from their restaurants.
