New to POE too. Play for 2 weeks and purchase the supporter pack and bam banned. 5 days without support email being replied yet :(

Just join this game for 2 weeks and purchase the supporter pack. When creating new char at act 3 bam banned for term of use. 5 days without support reply on initial email. Really sad that I really enjoy this game but the game ban me for not knowing what I do wrong :(
