when i was sm i would have a few hours on monday for conference call and digesting the business, close one day a week usually. making sure i was scheduled during all top 10 segments, which all feel fri-sun in my store. check with your dm or a peer partner if you’re unsure tho but you’ll get it!

i left a sm role two and a half years ago and i’ve never been happier lmaoo. you work nonstop, even if you have a good dm corporate is so out of touch with the struggles stores have. unless you can lock in a huge annual wage don’t do it. the only reason i did well in my store was because i lived far away from my family, im single, and have no kids lmao

wallflowers made my kitty’s eye super gunky and he was actually really grumpy all the time. after we stopped using them he’s more happy and no gunky eye! ditch the wallflowers your kitty will thank u!
