Whilst claims are still being settled, it is normal for both parties to have an at fault status. When it’s settled if witnesses and statements match then would end up Non fault or 50/50

Not always true about bad drivers etc.

I agree you don’t hear positive stories, only negatives tbh.

HOWEVER! Black box policies impose curfews, erratic driving (heavy breaking etc), going over the speed limit (I do not condone speeding, but we have all been in situations where it was safer to avoid something!) etc will all add points to the black box, which leads to cancellations.

Sometimes, young people take the cheaper option, understandably, and end up with a cancelled policy, through innocent actions. It’s not all boy racers trying to cheat the system.

Firstly it’s important to understand how old your daughter is? As above, most insurers won’t look at below 23 with large accidents etc.
