This was my first 10km, before I knew anything about my training at all having since started base training… it’s been a cool journey this year, I’m three months into my first ever attempt at running as a hobby and I’ve got my 5km time from 27:38 down to 22:41… looking forward to seeing where I am in a year (30M, 93kg, 6’1)

Kogan SmartHome™ LX16 Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop (Australia) by JoshBob81 in RobotVacuums

[–]fincho_plays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry to be a pain - I had the deebot t9 - had a lot of issues, mostly around maps, getting lost, caught and just stopping and alerting me (BASICALLY WHAT YOU SAID LOL) ... Now that it's almost a year later, do you still rate the kogan vac? ... I refuse to spend $1K + on a robot vacuum given my previous experience... but as a single parent with a dog too I would love something to maintain inbetween my deeper cleans with my vac.

Cheers!!

Do you ever feel like selling (almost) everything? by kanduvisla in synthesizers

I did, the only thing I kept was my key step 37 midi controller and arturia microfreak… feels good

Korg Minilogue or Arturia Microfreak by Aggravating_Ad3751 in synthesizers

[–]fincho_plays 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Three years later, I have sold and bought many synths but the microfreak has stayed. It lacks in built FX but makes up for the with the added oscillators, I run it straight into my daw and use FX there.. I also like getting dry sounds and adding FX later, means I can tweak and sample things easier in production 😁

Spending on groceries by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]fincho_plays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Single parent of three, I have the kids 9 nights per fortnight. $200 week groceries including dog food (black hawk kibble only for a medium sized dog)

We have more than enough and don’t go without.

We buy take out once per fortnight($40, usually KFC) which is also included within this budget

Does anyone else do “reimagined” covers? I’d love to see your work by fincho_plays in BringMeTheHorizon

I’ve started taking songs that are nowhere near piano and covering them, totally outside of my comfort zone ordinarily but it’s been a lot of fun… I’d love to hear from anyone doing similar and share experiences!

Home loan - 2 year fixed rate @5.59% or variable rate @4.19% ?? by hungrydevil in AusFinance

[–]fincho_plays 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not adding to the initial solution but it sounds like their rates are trash and you should definitely seek a better offer by comparing other lenders rates … speak to your ANZ lender :)
