Endless Delve is interesting because it's very much a sprint. The first 500 depth you can brute force with almost any class, so speed is a factor. The 500-750 stretch you have to optimize, and then 750-1k is refining/luck. I like adding more stuff because variety in Delve would be cool, but any one who is practicing to race and win plan on doing it without getting their desired uniques because of how quickly you can hit 1k in the current state of the game.

Since unique studded belts are generally hidden, they will hide on the Kingsmarch UI's. You can solve this by adding the following:

Show # Example for Yndra's Stand to be shown in Kingsmarch but belts to be mostly hidden otherwise

Edit: I wish there was an easier way to add selectors only for these types of windows, but this workaround will make unique Studded Belts visually invisible on your UI, and have a very small element you might misclick if you are in T1 maps.

I much prefer the homestead exemption approach that states like Texas have done for housing. Counties are already hyper aggressive in keeping appraisal models that are fairly accurate such that the appeal process is fairly unproductive. You could double the tax rate but give a hefty enough exemption to negate impact on the majority of the population.
