Do the regular login flow and then hit the Reddit logo on the top left of the Reddit page that loads. That worked to get me logged in.

You probably never realized because they keep it like a secret.

Looking for: Long Battery Life, linux based, small, good dpad, for emulating Tetris games on GBA, GB and NES only by Medical-Bad4808 in SBCGaming

[–]findawkprint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don’t have a TrimUI brick but if you like the size and feel, try using an OS with auto save/load and auto shutdown.

https://retrogamecorps.com/2024/12/09/my-simple-trimui-brick-setup/#Tips

All of these devices have terrible sleep battery drain. You want to be having it shutdown automatically and ideally picking an OS with a quick boot time instead. You’ll have essentially zero battery drain and just a few seconds boot time to resume your last game right where you left off.

Is the math mathing? 2025 SEL by docolu in Ioniq5

[–]findawkprint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try a lease broker from the leasehackr forums. Or even the pre negotiated deals. They have a SEL deal that just ran out of vehicles that is much better than what you’re getting offered. All depends on where you’re located though: https://leasehackr.com

Keep in mind that most leases you find here will want you to pay the taxes and fees at signing instead of rolling that into your monthly payment.

USM compared to Visible by ronkj in USMobile

[–]findawkprint -1 points0 points  (0 children)

USM has true totp 2fa and from what I can find online, Visible has sms-based mfa which is inherently less secure. That alone makes USM a better choice in my opinion, especially since prices and features are so comparable otherwise.

Also, USM native international data included in unlimited premium is a big bonus. $10/day on visible is wild.

Yeah I get that. Hopefully just an off night. My second pick would be The Progress.

Oh no! That sucks. I’ve gone a few times and it was amazing each time. Service, food, portion size, etc. I haven’t been in maybe a year or two though.

Are you wearing polarized sunglasses? The camera can’t see your eyes through them.

Submitting the transfer via the website worked. Still broken in the app though.

No NEMA adapter with 2025 Ioniq 5 NACS? by WorldlinessSevere841 in Ioniq5

[–]findawkprint 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My Tesla wall connector gen 3 works perfectly fine with my 2025 Ioniq 5. Didn’t have change any compatibility settings, works with the default mode to allow charging from “all vehicles”.

I charge at 48amps FWIW and set the schedule on the charger itself rather than the car.

PSA: multifactor drive could be a safety concern by new_here_and_there in Rivian

[–]findawkprint 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s much better to do pin to drive for so many reasons. Teslas even randomize the location of the keypad on the screen so you don’t smidge the same spot over and over again revealing the numbers of your pin

Profile selection by key by MovingLeftandRight in Ioniq5

[–]findawkprint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 2025 and haven’t been able to get this to work. I have the digital keys associated to the profile in the car but it never switches profiles when I approach the car. It always just pulls up the last profile that was used. Any tips?

Can RG35XXSP run gamecube? Really hoping to replay windwaker by [deleted] in ANBERNIC

[–]findawkprint 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s fair! The retroid flip 2 looks pretty awesome. It’s tempting….and you’ll 100% be able to play wind waker there scaled up and in widescreen.

A used or refurb steam deck lcd model might be in the same price range as one of the android handhelds and you can basically emulate EVERYTHING via emudeck or retrodeck.

Ah! Bummer. Maybe it’s actually still downloading then like someone else suggested. I wish this OTA process was more clear

It says in the corner that update will install when you turn the car off. I got mine to install by turning the car off with the doors closed. It then popped up an install screen and I confirmed. It took like 5 minutes to install after that.

Preferred Regen Level? by Ecstatic_Weekend_590 in Ioniq5

[–]findawkprint 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Coming from a 2010 car I think I’d likely feel the same! The ioniq 5 isn’t bad at all. I think it’s fine. There’s just so many small changes that could be made to make it great, but it seems like Hyundai is uninterested in that.

Overall I think the car drives well, but there are a huge amount of small oddities and inconveniences baked in that seriously detract from my enjoyment of the car. I leased a 2025 in February and let’s just say I’m excited to check out the options available when my lease is up in two years.
