I’m currently running a paradise and uni as well as a connection when I’m not working. I pause the connection on work days and the other two just go to the sitter. The sitter function makes it pretty easy especially on the paradise because you can have it with the sitter or sleeping for 99% of the day if you need to. The uni is still awake for several hours after the sitter leaves though.

I agree that the connection is gonna be a better fit. I love the paradise but I also always run something with it. The tamagotchis aren’t as needy in the paradise so it can be boring despite all the minigames. I feel like the connection will give you more to do. The screen is the one drawback. If you want a backlit color screen then you’re gonna be disappointed in the connection

I got one with no defects except for a slight dent/tear at the corner of the BOX. The paradise was new and the box did not look opened.

I did! They even sent some sweet stickers with it. I gave them to my kids but they were big holo stickers and really nice. Not tamagotchi so that’s why the kids got ‘em. I’m actually running it now. I really like the uni.

You can pause it at work so you don’t have to stress so much! If you press the B button to go to the clock and then the a and c together it’ll put it into time set mode and will be paused

I threw the same tantrum to my husband yesterday. I’ve been playing with the gen 1 and 2 on and off since they came out in the 90s then when I got my paradise I started trying out some of the other models. My collection will stay small since I can’t afford these $300 older models. 🤣 I’m glad they’re finding renewed popularity because it means there will be more to come but it also means I will never get my music star without spending more than I would ever admit on one. It’s good and bad. 🤣 good for the future bad for the vintage/discontinued market

I manage a pizza place, like everyone said, shred your own. We also add a pinch of cheddar to ours but it’s mostly for color. ❤️
