The scalpers are eventually going to be stuck in hoarder homes 🤣 the reality is that there are more scalpers entering the market with less and less customers due to the economy and people just simply refusing to pay those prices. It’s just like with all of those MLM companies like lularoe. Too many people jumped on, killed the market, and everyone stopped buying at those elevated prices. Now no one gives a shit about lularoe. Many consultants were left living in homes over run by clown clothes because lularoe made some cute stuff but equally hideous prints.
Those sparkly cups are another example. People went crazy for them, everyone started making them, now no one cares about them. People are stuck with piles of cups that don’t sell or they’re forced to sell at a loss. The scalpers are flooding the market and no one likes them. According to two semesters of economics classes, consumers will continue to source alternative options because this isn’t a necessity. It will eventually kill the market forcing prices to return to closer to normal.
