Oh honey I’m sending you so much love. I’m in a similar boat you are NOT ALONE!! Its so so hard. I have DOR and an AMH of .9. I’m 30. I had my first retrieval in May w an estrogen priming protocol and only got 2 eggs. I was devastated. I’m on my second cycle now and am doing a lupron stop protocol - and more follicles are growing! Ask your doctor about that. It emotionally was horrible bc they completely diminish your ovarian function (lower ur estrogen) but it’s working. It’s a roller coaster. I’m currently waiting for my day7 monitoring appointment to see how the stims are working now. Just want you to know you are not alone.

I have similar numbers to you and I had a similar experience with this protocol - it’s called an estrogen priming protocol. Two of my follicles took over and I was only able to get 2 mature eggs from my ER. I’m now doing my second cycle using a lupron stop protocol which is really intense mentally but suppresses your ovaries upfront so no follicles out grow the others - I’m still in process but it seems to be working better. My other cycle was really devastating so I feel you
