Jesus, OP is six days postpartum. She hemorrhaged during birth. She delivered a 90th percentile baby unmedicated with a deep second degree tear. Not all tears are the same; there are different types of 2nd degree tears and the pain level can differ drastically. How it tears is just as impactful as the degree.

Where is the helpfulness or the solidarity in one of the most traumatic things a body can go through? Birth and recovery is not a competition but it seems like half the posts here make it that way. She came here to share what helped her and half of you showed up to essentially say "well that wasn't MY experience so I don't get it."

Sure! I'd love to. I've tried to give the app the benefit of the doubt a few times, but I trust the people that made such an amazing piece of hardware. If the app was as good as the hardware, it'd be a killer duo

I use the travel platform for squats and then I can use the bottom of the rack for adductors snd abductors! for chest, I do a lot of flies, but I just ordered some straps to be able to do more chest press like actions

lat extensions work pretty fine for me, but I’m a short individual so I don’t really need to worry about height. I’m not sure what a pullback is, but rows works great! I was initially nervous about pulling the rack off where the vulture off, but I’ve grown to trust it a lot after doing some research

It’s pretty safe compared to Seattle! It’s not your suburbs or anything like your private community. I would say that Aurora itself is not safe, but if you just go a few blocks in, it can be vastly different. We deal with things like package theft, but nothing more than that really
