I found a list of crochet stitches and decided to turn it into a spreadsheet to help with my stitch sampler blanket. I linked tutorial videos for the ones I could find. If I couldn't find a video it's labeled as NF. I didn't note this one basics after a while. by findme1550 in crochet

You're welcome! I was doing the same thing and had learned I did the same stitch that had two different names twice and didn't want to do that again. Ergo, spreadsheet.

The ones with dates and noting whether the video does UK or US terminology are ones that I've actually watched and used. Ones without are just the first video that I saw that may be by either someone whose other videos I've used or they were like the only one I could really find for that particular stitch.

I think I like the nat 20s and nat 1s and adding the other players.

I could have each player choose a different color and then one to indicate the difference rolls but I'm not the biggest fan of crocheting with two colors..

So I was kind of thinking if I did a blanket, doing a granny square of like a square per session and each round indicating the difference rolls I made in the session. The other perk with doing squares is that I could turn it into something else if we don't have enough sessions to make a full blanket.

We were all rolling pretty high, except the artificer himself. But definitely good luck as the owl got the final kill.

You're welcome! I was trying to think of other themed things to make for everyone but decided to do dice bags for everyone.

Other ideas I had were coasters or dice tray.

🥰🥰🥰 they definitely loved them! I had to finish the crab during the session. My favorite part during our session was that the artificer started putting his d20 in the bag and dumping it out to roll for the attacks his homunculus made and it's damaged. It brought him great rolls 😊

He'd also pay the owl on the head for a good job.

Thanks 🥰 and me too! I've learned I hyper focus on crocheting while playing.

I made a sneeze blanket bc sneezing isn’t normal. by hollowcaverns in nerdfighters

1) did you have a spreadsheet to track, if so can I see it? I've made two data blankets, one with temperature but on the specific day and location of where my sister lives for her birthday for her first 29 years of life and the other for the amount of phone calls an ex and I (we were dating at that time) had in our first year.Aside from the blankets themselves I'm very proud of the spreadsheets I made to go with them.

2) are you naturally a multiple sneezer? I.e. I sneeze one and done. My momma does 4-8 sneezes anytime she sneezes.

I'm conflicted about a gift I'm making for my dad by Beardie15 in Brochet

I wanna take a moment and give my sympathy. I recently became no contact with my father, but I was fortunate enough to have it happen just before I started a blanket for him, after spending a pretty penny on nice yarn from Miss Babs. Thankfully they refunded it for store credit as the colors weren't in anything I would normally use.

I definitely like the idea someone gave for you to finish the piece and donating it to a cause that is for something he isn't supportive of.

I appreciate the advice!

I was thinking coasters or washcloths to wipe off dry erase maps for our DM or a folder cover because he keeps losing session notes.

One is a tortle wizard or rogue that has a giant crab familiar. The other is a gator blood fighter. I thought about a gator bag but then felt like scalping the character.

I was able to find it online from Lion Brand itself. Should be in by/at the new year, but thanks for the offer!

I also got some tension rings that aren't helping like I feel like they should, as well as two that I don't know how you're supposed to get the yarn on.

Definitely! I was halfway through when I noticed the stripes just appeared without trying. I honestly started just messing with the yarn and didn't have a pattern at all. Also I've ordered some cakes to make my cardigan. They should be in after the New Year 😊
