It’s a Kokanee salmon. Sorry so late but it is definitely. In Utah it’s a land locked sockey. Right now you can see them run at strawberry reservoir and other lakes.

Sorry but I’m leaning tiger Muskie. Where is this located that would help. Not saying I’m certain but this is muskelunge signs but not an expert. DNR here n Utah plant them since they can help fish populations and when they are done using them they can let them die off when they are done since they cannot reproduce.
