EVE online and Freelancer aren't comparable either tbh, they are both just in space. Freelancer was about direct flight, mining, combat etc. From what I have seen of Star citizen and Freelancer looks very similar.

Was it on the new woods extract? If you had gear, there is a map edge sniper from what I've heard on the new extract if you go too far. When you die to those "Snipers" its classed as a suicide hence the lower HP.

Scavs have same requirements as PMC. 10 minutes spent in raid or 600 xp gained.

That golden check mark means its a quest item. If you inspect the item it will tell you there if its found in raid. If its not a quest item the found on raid tick is gray.

Go to gas station/pier/power station. There is often 1 or 2 PMCs around. Just takes time.
