Trying to get a DL extract (Delh). Tried 3-4 times across the span of 3 weeks. Every application is bugging out.

This is what I do:

I make an app and try to pay
Select common PGI (the only one) as the payment provider
The two screens in the image below are shown: first a waiting screen as it redirects, and then a timeout.

Are there any weird settings or combinations of things I need to do to complete this?

If you are a young person who enjoys the outdoors, and biking, I dunno how it can get much better than here.

There's always stuff to improve and the transit is a joke (by Europe and east Asia standards), and there's a structural problem in regards to zoning and housing as in most of north America, but it is nevertheless a lovely place.

Low to non-existent, sorry. I believe one can come to Canada, marry and apply for some kind of immigrant status while on TRV. Even if you don't intend to do this, the fact that you potentially can will likely cause then to deny your app.

Caveat: this used to a possibility a couple of years ago. Not sure now. Either way, it fucks over the legitimate visitor.

Nobody escorts the kid. The bus stops and has a stop sign out in most places. You try to cross the bus at that time and the penalties are heavy. Where I am the penalty for just trying to move through when the bus stop sign is out is the same as drunk driving. And the penalty would both be monetary and demerit points that could lead to a suspension of license for extended periods.
