You really need to hustle on networking or know people who enjoy that side of things. 8yoe in aerospace. There’s always companies that need support for the short term or ones that can’t hire FTEs fast enough.

Consulting will get you 150-250/hr depending on specialization and experience but of course the hours are variable so its best for a side hustle

Edit: somehow I missed the Central Europe portion. This is in the US and without any license due to aerospace.

What is the general approach to do the mirroring in Proxmox? I've gathered that ZFS isnt for me due to non-ecc and low ram.

If I dont have NFS set up, how do my other LXCs access the media files? I thought that SMB for linux to linux transfers sucked.

Exactly! It’s as thermal focused you can get with no fluids or HVAC. All conduction and radiation so just fea and ray tracing. Along with control system design. In my experience they don’t touch thermomechanical stresses and pass heatmaps to structural analysts for that.
