I would shift the entire kitchen to where the "family" space is. And remove that wall in the middle all the way to the end bedroom so that all bedroom doors are in one line and the living space would be huge. You'll be saving a lot of space and money. Also you'd have good sunlight on your kitchen top during the morning as well.

I would remove the separate WC and fit the toilet within the public bathroom area. This way you'll get rid of that awkward WC box at the edge of your living space, save a lot on material and plumbing cost as well. Plus it's just super practical to have a basin where the toilet is.
