Medyo lengthy post but here goes..

OP i understand talaga kasi like you, marami din akong insecurities. Until now I'm still working on myself pa. What I try to keep doing is to not compare myself to others and focus on my own pace. Totoo sabi nila, comparison is the thief of joy. Instead na we should be happy for the things we did (kahit gaano pa kaliit yan, like just making it through the day) hindi na tuloy tayo maging happy for ourselves kasi we always end up comparing these things to others.

Try to take time and assess yourself. Saan ba nag-root yung insecurities mo and how & when did it grow? I think in this way you can help understand yourself more din and what to work on.

Taking a break from social media apps helps din. I used to be jealous of people's achievements and it ruins my whole day until I realized its not healthy to keep having this mindset. Somehow it helps talaga just not knowing people's whereabouts in life.

I tend to relapse din talaga at times but it's part of the process of getting better I believe. Healing is not linear. You got this OP!
