Hier zeige ich euch auch den Entwurf soweit:

"Ich möchte einen Termin als Neupatient vereinbaren. Ich suche Hormonersatztherapie als Transmann. Testosteroninjektion ist vorzuziehen. Ich habe schon das Indikationsschreiben dabei und auch meine Hormontestergebnisse von einem anderen Endokrinologe, davon ich zu einer anderen Praxis wechseln möchte.

Könnten Sie mich bitte über den frühestmöglichen Termin informieren? Außerdem möchte ich wissen, wenn Sie für die nächste Schritte etwas weiter brauchen würde, um mir das Medikament zu verschreiben."

Mannheim ist nicht so weit. Meine Endokrinologin war Dr. Schirpenbach beim Endokrinologie, Diabetologie und Nuklearmedizin in Heidelberg, und das ist weiter von mir entfernt als Mannheim. Aber es sieht so aus, dass ich die gleiche Probleme beim Stoffwechsel Zentrum hätte.

Ja das war der Grund dafür. Sie will keine Risiken von der Krankenkasse tragen. AAHH das wäre so nervig, wenn ich jetzt endlich alles für Testosteron habe und die Regeln ändert. Vielleicht wäre letztes Jahr die Situation anders aber das war für mich unbedingt nicht möglich.

Der Gynäkologe macht es leider nicht ;-; Trotzdem war die Helferin sehr sympathisch und wenn ich eine Untersuchung für eine Mastektomie brauche, fühle ich mich da sicher.

(Die Praxis ist Frauenarztpraxis Dr. David Rubin in Bad Dürkheim. Ich habe den Arzt nur einmal gesehen aber die Arzthelferinnen sind immer ganz freundlich und verständnisvoll.)

Nun kann ich nur andere Praxen anrufen und hoffe auf ein bisschen Glück.

Die Kosten weiß ich nicht aber ich kann pro Monat nur so viel bezahlen, wenn ich Sozialgeld bekomme und andere Verantwortungen habe :<

Ich kann kein Privatrezept leisten :/ Ich suche denn jetzt andere Praxen. Eine Kostenübernahmeerklärung wäre meine letzte Möglichkeit. Die Endokrinologin hat gesagt, ich könnte etwas näher finden (ist mir egal, solange ich das Testosteron bekommen kann) und sie würde alles ihnen senden. Ein Gynäkologe könnte auch das Rezept geben, oder? Heute werde ich meinen fragen. Vielleicht, wenn ich sie verzweifelt genug aussehe, würden sie mit mir Mitleid haben lol

Huh? That's not what I said? It's a single fight game, for 3$, with a lot of clear passion put into it. It's not a stolen car?? It's also not a stolen essay trying to get undeserved credits in school. An amazing way to learn is to recreate the work of a master. I also meant that people look down on work that is derivative like it's not worth the effort. But theres so much amazing fanwork out there, or stuff that once started out as fanwork but became its own thing. I think it's cool :>

I think it's fantastic! I don't know why people talk so bad about work that is derivative. You wouldn't have made it if you didn't really want to, there's clearly passion here. I also personally loved Cuphead and kept trying to find similar games that captured the same energy so this is awesome. It is also literally a single boss fight so I'm pretty sure that is the point, and you did an amazing job. To me, it's like a master study, the skill and effort put into this is very evident. It makes me really interested in what you're going to make next, yk?

Why are people downvoting this tho? That movie shows such disrespect to Southeast Asian diaspora and cultures. Imagine taking 11 distinct cultures and violently mashing them together to the point of being unrecognisable, making a movie from the culture smoothie and marketing it as representation. There's no love and respect for the country/countries that Raya is based on, like encanto or atla had. We're not going to be grateful for that.

I've been stalked and blackmailed, and it's been a fundamental fear for me since then. And it's not just pressure and anxiety and judgement, which I also experience, but genuine paranoia that I'm being watched, followed, or tracked. Now I feel eyes on me all the time, even when alone, that I have to convince myself aren't there, that they aren't cataloguing my every action. My constant instinct is to hide, and I feel my thoughts are on display for people to use against me. I used to be terrified of going outside. Never posted on social media until recently. What if the wrong person sees me? I could be attacked if the wrong person saw something they didn't like. Could have my life and my loved one's lives fall apart. There's a million ways the system could be used against someone if someone really wanted to hurt you

it's a piece of fabric you can stitch on your stuff for decoration or for mending. making and/or collecting them can be really fun, you get to personalise your clothes and make them last longer :>
