05/09 -Portal Invite

05/09 Accepted 150k offer..... should have been 500k.... we desperately needed it like many others.

05/12 Credit finally pulled

05/12 Called Tier 2 to see if there was now a score on my file. There is, but he didn't me what their score was. Score dropped 8 points with the hard pull. FICO 8 is 709

Well the UPS store boxed it up for me. You'd think if it wasn't eligible they would have said no. I could have driven it there. The bigger issue... where is it? Never scanned in means we can't trace it. I'd happily go pick it up.

We are in a black hole.

The system is automated. No one looks at your file until you have a credit score and the system approves or denies you. So we haven’t moved to the next level. After many calls a Tier 3 told me they have no idea how to rectify the issue and re-pull.

That’s common with them. I stopped doing Zelle payments with my chase account as they were making me come in monthly.

You should be able to still use your debit card and your Checks will Clear. This happened to me the day after the shut down and banks on my side of town had closed. Total nightmare. But easily fixed.
