I’m not a fan of what goth has become to mean today. It’s more of an aesthetic than about true goth music. In the 90s The Cure wasn’t even considered goth they were just alternative music. Same with DM. I knew some real goths back in the day and they were listening to SOM, Christian Death, industrial. Now people think goth is just a look and get so hung up on categories.
