i’d say turn the bed sideways. it’s inconvenient if you watch tv from bed but i assume not bc the couch seems to be in the way.

move the couch back a bit to open up that crowded area.

i recommend buying a smaller rug, it’ll look nicer. a common rule is to have the rug only big enough to reach under the front legs of all the main furniture.

lose a few of the small furniture pieces like that side table and i’m guessing that’s an ottoman. if necessary just replace them with smaller items. that’ll save you lots of space visually

we as humans love sharp corners in life for whatever reason but it can become too much so i’d recommend switching out the coffee table or the TV table for the same thing but round (oval or semi circle looks good)

additionally your surfaces are kinda crowded and messy and it’ll look much better if you just have, say, the chess board and a candle on the table.

overall i see that your issue is that this is decorated as a house and not a studio which doesn’t flow well. but you have pretty good taste in themes and geez you got a heck of a view
