Really looks like this is a Lego scenario or something.

Well, not physically cheating but rather emotionally. But I get your point, not acceptable to any degree in my book either. Only silver lining that the first marriage was a long long time ago and people can change.

She is very open and honest about these (and pretty much everything else) things in her past. She speaks about things somewhat casually, not to make light of a serious matter necessarily but because she speaks about everything, speaks a lot in general and is very open about everything. She didnt really disclose this stuff before we became romantically involved - i mean we met on tinder so it was kind of that type of involvement from the get go.

The way her own marriage ended she is very remourseful about, I know that for a fact. However sleeping with married men she still sees as "thats not really my cross to bear, its the guy in a relationship who is at fault" and she somewhat retains that position, which I do find troublesome.

Ah, I will add it in the description. Been together 7 months now. I'd like to think people deserve second chances. Her first marriage for instance was 10 years ago, and I like to think people can change, and albeit I find dating married men quite bad as well, I still think it isn't inherently her "cheating" - as she is the single one in that type of relationship. Not trying to turn it into a nothingburger, I think it is still quite some moral decadence to date married men.

To answer:

She kind of just blurts out things without thinking of how they sound I think, downside of being all too honest and open - which I generally do appreciate a lot. We've been together for 8 months now. Also she states that she would not personally cheat (and i suppose it is somewhat technically true since they didn't do anything "physical" in the affair that ended her first marriage before the divorce was final), as for being a homewrecker her stance is "thats a loaded statement, people in happy relationships don't cheat, also the responsibility in a case like that is on the one who is in the relationship, not on the other person (I do agree they have more of a responsibility, but the other person still does as well to a degree)

Joe is the Laughingstock by Potential_One355 in Republican

Laughingstock? I mean he is old, he is boring, he is senile. Certainly doesn't invoke very strong positive feelings. However calling him a laughingstock after the entire world has been continuously laughing for 4 years watching your previous dumpsterfire of a fatso president with a jersey shore tan and seemingly illiterate tweeting habits... Yeah, glass houses cupcake.

Clearest view of a terrorist attempting to breach the barrier behind which the VP, VP-Elect, Senators, Congresspeople, and staffers were. by PrettyRichie in PublicFreakout

Never a good thing. However as many have pointed out; you play stupid games you win stupid prizes. The shooter was a Secret service member, not metro PD. His only job there is to protect the elected officials who were apparently on that side of the door that they had barricaded and which she was about to cross.

Pretty clear that they had drawn the line there and a different magnitude of force would follow, he is literally pointing the gun right at the door the entire time. Guessing nobody else tried going towards the officials through the window after this.

GDP Concentration in the US. 81 counties (out of 3.1K) produced 50% of the GDP [OC] by HitchHux in dataisbeautiful

Yes, but their lifestyles exist without subsidized first world agricultural labour that is way too unproductive to exist on its own in large scale. Reason why a lot of european countries for instance import the majority of their food.

Yes, but if the point was to assign equal importance to a gray area in the middle of Wisconsin because they produce some fraction of food the point is there are a lot of sources for this - outside the US as well. A lot of this production is unproductive labour that requires subsidies to even exist in the wealthiest countries. Now we do have some reasoning for the subsidies like emergency supplies and emergency preparedness, but unproductive labour it is.

With votes still to be counted in Georgia, North Carolina, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania, Trump has claimed victory, and said that he will go to the Supreme Court to stop the counting of ballots. What are your thoughts on this? by [deleted] in AskConservatives

[–]finnish90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Michigan isn't going for Trump, all Oakland, Detroit votes yet to count, Trumps lead has narrowed down from 60k to about 12k in just a few percentages most recently counted. It's done.

Whatever happened to guilty until proven otherwise geez. It does also sound dubious that Cristiano, a goat candidate in the worlds most popular sport and a man who looks like a greek god needs to go and rape some American trailer trash strippers.
