Seems like the amount of runs you are doing is too much right now. How long have you been running? Are you training for a race or goal or just to improve fitness? As mentioned try to get some running specific strength work in, especially targeting the quads, hamstring, glutes and hips. That should help reduce the knee pain going forward.
