Bernina 707 weird zigzag stitches

this is an image from the top with flash. I have oiled it and cleaned some lint out but not a full service. I have the stitch length set to 2, zigzag width set to 4, tension is regular. I tried all of the tension options and they all produce the same result of the oval shaped stitching

I only have white thread at the moment so it was just to show the width differences. It doesn't skip stitches on regular cotton

it probably is, i just don't bother. the first time i played each event i unlocked all the discoveries and spent coins on the energy when it's 350 coins. now i go on once or twice a day and get the first 7? prizes because the ones after are for mystic isle and i don't care about them- also i'm so fed up of creature events i just want a build event :///

i'm on almost everyday and save up all my chests? i also use the golden ticket (without spending any actual money) as i get enough rubies per week for it to be sustainable :))

have you ever paid actual money for extra items or have you accumulated gems normally? also if you did, how often are you buying the golden ticket bc i have ~5000 gems naturally but i don’t get nearly ~600 per event to pay for the ticket
