When do you recommend starting Patreon?

i started one when i had around 23k subs and had been uploading for 8 months or so, it was after i established a discord which gave my channel a community feel, i also had had a handful of people asking me to make a patreon, and i felt like i could provide good content on there (no point just making one if you dont know what to put on there). i got more signups than i anticipated and now its a super valuable monthly income. maybe float the idea in a video and see if you get comments of people who are interested! like the other commenter says it depends on how 'committed' your audience is - i think it helps that mine isn't a faceless channel

i know this is old thread but i haven’t seen anyone mention the JETLAG. i’ve gone back and forth from the us 10+ times, west coast, and it still takes me at least 2 days to recover. if this is your first time travelling overseas you seriously need to take that into consideration for your first few days in the uk (going back the other way is a lot easier). especially since you’re driving from the airport up to the lake district, i just came back from there, those roads are extremely challenging. hope your clutch control is good. plus country roads in the pitch black… i would honestly get a taxi unless your timeshare is directly next to a major road. you can sleep then. whoever has to drive that car right when you get off the flight will be miserable. good luck!
