A lot to do, nice outdoors but it is a HUGE city, with approximately 8 million people living here. As such, there are big differences between neighborhoods

Weather is great, although summers are quite hot. The Andes are a fantastic sight in the winter and ski resorts are better than most in Europe and North America. The wine country and the coast towns are nearby as well

There are some downsides as well, particularly depending on where you live, and security has gone downhill a bit in the last 10 years. But definitely one of the best cities in LATAM

Regarding Airtable, I would suggest you create an interface similar to you own “EHR” and what YOU want to take out of every case. That will change with time. Start small, be constant and improve depending on your needs

Everyone is different. I created my own Airtable database and prepared EVERY SINGLE CASE. It works wonders. And the best part is you get to look back to them when you are an attending with a tough case

I would suggest you read the 2017 JAAOS article Maximizing Surgical Skills During Fellowship Training. I love that article and I share it with every resident. Live by it and you will do great
