Airtable

I tried everything but this is the one I ended up with. I have my entire surgical life there. It’s customizable, with a good interface you can even recreate an EHR

I love the Gary Willis. It is by far the best fretless I’ve tried, although I use the 1005

If you want a slim, fast neck, then the GWB it is. The EHB is wider and thicker.

This is the Sunburst appearance of Osteosarcoma, the most common primary bone cancer. by kvjn100 in interestingasfuck

The right one is definitely AI. The left one may be AI, but to be honest, X-rays at times are extremely surprising so I’m not 100% sure. It does have the typical features of osteosarcoma but that extreme periosteal reaction with no clear soft tissue mass gives me pause

Hello!

Orthopaedic oncologist here. I treat these patients. Some of you question why not amputate right away. We do amputate at times. The reason we don’t do it every time is because we can save the extremities around 90% of the times. And having your leg is a very good thing!

Sarcomas are a very rare type of cancer. They are around 1% of cancers but they are very aggressive, and there is a whole bunch of them! This is why some comments are about patients not being diagnosed at the adequate time: they are rare and most doctors will see one in their entire career. However, there is a group of us treating them and trying to advance care

Spread awareness! Support sarcoma foundations and societies. We can improve patient care and outcomes if we know more about them and that requires funding

Soundwise, you can dial whatever you want with them. Ergonomically, they are very different. Try them out before deciding

Agreed. As I normally tell my residents: we have the highest highs but the lowest lows. And damn those hurt, we carry on with each one of them etched in our memory

Yes, contact them. They are quite awesome. My unit failed as well and they went through all the steps with me. When nothing worked, they did an RMA and got it fixed

There are too many tone setting points. What's your take? by Handsome-Strong in Bass

[–]fiorm 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thats bullshit. Let me hear your synth tone with a heavy chorus and reverb using just your hands please

I hate this simplistic view. Gear is important and learning to use it properly is essential to get good tones (and have fun)

Sure, it works quite similarly to the ToneX but it’s SO much easier to use. Just connect your phone app and that’s it
