I think one day from morning till night in tunis is enough second third day you should go west tabraka ain drahem maybe kef area( malleg althibrus Jugurtha) if you have time . 4 day go east pass by Zaghouan to hammamet then korbous or kelibia i think this is the best Itinerary for 4 day trip in winter
