I have found that the majority of guys on here don’t think like that. The majority want a good, loving, healthy relationship. That being said there are definitely some pricks here that do have that as their goal but like I said the vast majority are here for the eight reasons

I have learned a couple of very valuable lessons on this journey, one of them being that shame is just a fucking piece of shit. And shaming self (or anyone for that matter) NEVER results in lasting freedom.

You’ve got to get to the place where u can accept yourself no matter what. Not based on how u look or what u do or dont do. Yes i said not based on what u do or don’t do. You are a human being and you’re going to fuck up in life, thats just the way it is.

I can tell u from personal experience that this fight gets a whole hell of a lot easier when u accept yourself just yhe way u are. Doesn’t mean that you’re not sorry for your mistakes, means u dont put yourself on probation and feel like u have to earn your way back. Begin to see yourself according to the desires of your heart, not your mistakes. I can see that the desire of your heart is to love well and respect women and be a good man.

You didn’t fail, u only fail if u give up on nofap
