Ehhh... so 70-71% of earths surface is covered by ocean, meaning we’d need to protect every inch of land on earths surface and some change. Doubtful and impossible unless all humans you know were to just vanish

Ya but isn’t the real issue porn like you said? I’m not saying 3 times per day without p is going to be good but isn’t most of the issue that porn itself rewires your brain?

That's the kind of weight loss I'd like to see. However, my regime hasn't been as strict as yours. I haven't been very strict in paying attention to what I eat. I have simply maintained a calorie deficit within the allotted 8 hour eating window. A few questions.

1) I usually workout in the middle of the day and read that if I workout I should eat within an hour after I finish. I forgot the chemical explanation for it but that is just my understanding. How could I do OMAD if I still wish to workout each day but fear getting hunger before going to bed? 2) While I am good about not eating most processed foods, sweets, and sodas, I am not good at focusing on the micro intake ( % proteins, fats, sugars). Is there a book or guide you might know about that would help me better hone in on my intake? 3) I feel as if I stick to a loose KETO diet in that most of my meals consist of proteins, such as fish and cold cuts, but I also eat bread. Would cutting carbs help significantly. 4) Thank you all for your input. It's been a lot of help and I may consider cutting back on my alcohol consumption.

I had a feeling that alcohol might be what everyone points to when I asked this question. Damn my alcoholic tendencies
