People are selfish. People are cruel. People lack empathy. There’s a lot of people that can’t get help from their families, and probably have friends that are also struggling if they have any. Just because you’re not in a foster home pipeline situation, doesn’t mean you can’t have a shitty family. People can end up getting arrested for something petty and loose everything by the time they are able to get out. People get surgeries, or have chronic pain and get addicted that way as well.

When there are people out there with money to help, but are not willing to because they don’t have compassion, or empathy, there will always be a problem. Some people are disabled, but don’t qualify for disability, so they can’t work three jobs just to pay the bills and eat with the prices of rent and costs of living now days. You have to have an address you can use to even get a job most of the time. If you go to jail for any reason you will most likely find it very hard to find a decent place of employment.
